It seems that every time I see a banded tournament for which I'm ellegible to enter, it's already full. The current Hemisphere ones were full when I first noticed them, and I do check every day (between 10am and 4pm, Japan time). However, the 1000 - 1199 (S) is only just half full; the under 999's (N & S) have less than 10 players registered; the over 1800's (N & S) have only a handful...

    Of the 400 odd registered for the 2006 Championship, 71 are 1300 - 1399; 58 are 1200 - 1299.

    Can we have some closer banded tournaments for 1100 - 1149, 1150 - 1199, 1200 - 1249, 1250 - 1299, 1300 - 1349, etc? Please?

It's the same for the 1400-1500 tournaments as well. They have had some success opening more tournaments (I, II, III, etc) for the heavily populated ratings groups, but what happens then is morons enter every section they are eligible for... /shrug... I don't have a solution to the problem, either...

EDIT: lol... your solution actually sounds like a good idea... sorry, I read your post wrong the first time through...

To be honest, Chrismo himself have confirmed this not to be a problem. He would just issue another parallel tournament if one is fully booked. Therefore many, like myself, have entered all A through F duel tournaments that were issued a week or two ago.

If one has a problem entering a tournament anyway, most likely due to time zone differences, one can always message Chrismo and / or Russ to issue another parallel tournament - like tournament C, if there already exist an A and a B of one particular tournamant - that is more confenient for other time zones.

But what the heck is the point of doing this, if everyone who has already entered A thru F beats me (again!) to G?
