Everything's started already!

This is not the place where one signs up for a Tournament, is it?
Am I right that one should do that in the 'tournament' section?
And that if all listed tournaments there currently are either 'in progress' or 'finished' that means that I'm late for everything?
And that I should join when I see something to the equivalent of 'waiting for entries'?

There's nothing I've seen about joining tournaments in the help files you see.

Perhaps this IS the forum to call for a new tournament in then?

Thanks, I'll be looking. I think my 1200 rating is quite appropriate if I see how I'm doing so far. something for that range. That's a Mid Table Ruckus kind of thing, isn't it?

You are correct. Keep checking the tournament link at the top of the page, and when a new one is being organized, you will see it there at the top of the list.

The bad news is that you will need to be a subscriber (pawn-star) in order to enter a tournament. 🙁

just so you don't get disappointed - tournaments are for subscribers only. Sorry.
But if you like chess you'll find subscribing is worth it pretty soon 🙂
