But - the groups are too big! I can't manage another 14 games now... I want groups with max 4 players.

correction it has a min of 8 and currently 35players have entered.

No, I am going to be in that group (in rating soon) I am currently losing about 10 games and winning about 3 to lower rated players and would be about 1599 at the start of the tournament. Besides the more games I can get the happier I am.
