First round tied now what?

I'm in an octet from August 2008 and two of us are tied for first place at 31 points. It's been like that for a week. How long typically before round 2 starts?

Round 2 started the day after I started this thread. I assumed the powers that be read the forums.

It's kind of exciting to play heads up to decide the winner of an octet. That's a first for me.

if the top 2 are tied, after 8. 1/2 days 3rd place will be declared the winner, id check his games, that mightve been in his stratagy. thats how i won my octet 😏
