group winner left site

in long haul grouped III, the guy who will probubly win the group if i don't win/draw my last game. but he's apparently left the site.(DameWeg, he was 2000-rated, but he's sitting at roughly 800 now...). so, what happens if he wins the group? isn't that kinda pointless...

yes its the same for the groups that trackhead has already won. in the grand split one. does this mean the winner of the other group wins the tourney?
