It says I'm not elegible for this tournament,but my max rating in last 30 days is 1395,and the tournament range is 1300-1499......................my actual rating is 1284,am I missing something?

It's probably your actual rating that is keeping you out Rav. as it is below the band?
That doesn't make sense. The whole point of the 30 day rating was to stop this. I entered that 1800+ banded when I was actually rated 1700 and something cos I had been 1823 during the past 30 days.

Yes,there should be a bug,now that I'm 1301 I can enter the tournament................
I had the same problem ... somehow the highest 30 day rating doesn't work for these banded tours .. I already posted a threadh about it but didn't get any response (yet) form the admins ...
