If you're opponent's vacation flag isn't up and their time runs out, go to the board and in the time box, it will say in bold letters "Time Expired." Go to the page with your games and if you see a skull, click it to claim the win. If they are on vacation, there will be a vacation symbol and you can't click it because it will say "Time out not avaliable-Your opponent is on vacation."
