New Tournament Type

Hi, with respect to higher level players entering lower level tournaments, how about a tournament that limits play to members who currently have a ranking in a range eg 1200 - 1300 and also have never had a ranking above a certain range eg : 1350 or atleast not in the last month.

I agree there are too many players entering low level tournaments when they clearly know they are not in that range. Dropping from 1600 to 1200 due to timeouts and then entering a 1200 tournament clearly is not in the spirit of fair play.
