Hi. I'm having a little trouble understanding how the tournaments work. I've read the FAQ, but I still have a couple of questions:
1) I'm entered in a tournament called January 05 banded duel 1400-1599. There's no entry date listed; is there a way to find out when this tournament starts?
2) I tried to enter a tournament called Rho Banded 4x4 1500-1599, and got a message saying that I was not eligible because "This tournament is restricted to people with a maximum rating in the last 30 days between 1500 and 1599". According to my profile, my rating hasn't been over 1599 since the day I started here, which was December 3. What gives?
Anybody who can answer my silly questions or point me at a resource will be idolized and showered with virtual gifts.

1) the tournament will start once it has filled up. this should only be a couple more days at most.
2) you cant enter this tourney because it is for players rated BETWEEN 1500 and 1599 in the last 30 days. looking at your profile i see that your highest rating is 1455 so you are 45 rating points off being able to join.

Yes, winning. Drawing might give you points aswell, depends how high rated your opponent is. The higher rated your opponent is, the more points you get when you beat (or draw against) that person. The lower the rating of your opponent, the less you earn with a win (but lose more when you lose compared losing to someone with a high rating). In a nutshell...
