What happens next? When do I play my 1st opponent?

Wait and see. It might take a few days before the tournament starts. When it does, you'll be assigned a group and all games against your opponent(s) appear in your My Games list, all ready for you and your opponents to make a move.

Don't worry... in a matter of seconds you'll be swimming in chess.
