Original Pairings Question

In the duel type tournaments the pairings are original in round 1 based on ratings players had when they entered tournament. Fine.

When round 2 starts are the pairings worked out again with the current ratings used ie. taking changes in rating since tournament began into account or do ya stick with the rating at start?

Surely somebody here can answer this question for me... C'mon c'mon
