Private tournaments

As far as I am aware you need to get the minimum entrants required to start these tournaments.

I think it would be too much work for admin to sort out "Private" tournaments so we could start them ourselves.

Maybe click on the "send feedback " link at bottom of page to see if this could be done as it wodul be a good idea as I have had to cancel some Club tournaments that never filled up and then restart them with a smaller number of entrants required.
