I'm new so I have a question. Is possible that an non-subscribe to play in a tournament? Are tournaments only for non-subscribes ?
Can a non-subscrube create a tournament ?

P.S.🙁to site managers) This is good, but not the best. I really would like to be a subscribe but I don't have an international account.

Only subscribers can enter tournaments. There is a tournament for non-subscribers that happens maybe every few months or so.

The site operators create the tournaments.

You can use a creditcard. If you don't have one, like myself, you can ask someone you know to pay for you via his / her creditcard and pay this person in cash.
