In game 423974 no move has been made and the white time is 39.58. That looks good about half a day since the competition started.
Then in game 423969 (and the rest of the games) then one time is 38.78 and other clock is 39.86.
This shows that time goes faster when you make moves. Something is going wrong with the timeback.

In my games in this tournament, it always appears to be white who has been penalized for time - perhaps the start time/date is somehow incorrect and thus it is penalizing white for the first move of the game (which it considers to have taken +-24 hours to make).
Clearly though, we are less than 24 hours into the games, but in many games almost 48 of timebank have been consumed.
