Set pieces--rated?

1. Are games in set piece tournaments rated? (That is, games with a starting position other than the standard starting position.)

2. Is there a control that allows a tournament director to make ALL of the games in a tournament rated or not rated? Thanks.

Open invite rating limits. Open invite acceptance can be limited to players within the specified limits. Provisionally rated players will be excluded.
