This has probably been asked before, but I can't find the information I'm looking for in the FAQ, Tournament Forum, or Help Forum.
What determines the pairings in a split tournament? I understand that thepairings are designed to ensure that the top players won't encounter each other too early in the tourney. That makes sense. But I was wondering if there was some sort of seeding formula used to determine the pairings. Thanks in advance.
