This tournament started on July 10 th with a time out of 1 day and time bank for 7 days. Today it is 18th and still the first round had not finished.Can anyone explain....... Please

It's extremely simple. Your timeout restarts with each move. So you have a day to move EVERY time before it starts to eat into your timebank. The timebank provides 7 days of 'extra' time beyond this day per move, just in case you can't move for 3 days one time. See the site FAQ for more details.
