    Pretty sure all games have to be completed before progressing, even if they don't affect the standings

    I thought that was a change that Russ effected a while back, that he could start new rounds once all the first place spots were locked up.

    oh.. did he put that in now? I knew he was working on it, didn't realize it was completed .. that would be great if already programmed..
