Group 4
crusoe (1605) is certain to go through, having won all 17 games played so far! Knocking out higher rated players like Marko Krale (1688) and govsak (1710)

Group 5
Rating favourite Dragofonz (1685) has lost only one game so far and looks to go through, but could be threatened by the current leader, MIODude (1628)

Group 6
davaniel (1619) is through. If the game against rkmmax is lost, Luck will follow through to round 2, otheerwise davaniel progresses alone

Group 7
Heavy rating favourite Zipdrive Nightmare (1801) is certain to progress to next round, having lost only 2 games

Group 8
Joe210 (1420) is through! Knocking out Wuffell (1848) , twhitehead (1603), laurentd (1454) and mr frosty (1446)

Group 9
Nothing decided yet, but rating favourite, trevor33 (1539) has won all games except a draw against gawainthestout so far and looks like the player going through to next round.

Group 10
Grandmaster bater is going through although losing 3 games with the black pieces...

Everything has been upside down in this group. madam was the rating favourite, but has been timed out in several games. Early leader chessH has been overtaken by Publius who is currently the second highest rated player in the group has played out all games and cannot be reached, despite losing 5 games and drawing 1!!
Great action in group 3!!

Group 4
crusoe is through giving away only one game. But since then his rating has dropped more than 200 points??

Group 5
Dragofonz and MIODude are tied at 42 points each, but Dragofonz has 2 games in hand and looks to go through alone.

Group 6
davaniel and Luck both progress to the next round with 42 points each

Zipdrive Nightmare is through
