What is it you are trying to find out? Please be more clear.

Also, all the CAPS don't make it any easier to understand.

In a 21/0 tournament, each player gets a fresh 21-day period to think about each move. Yes, the game can take years.

Why in a 0 days 21 days time bank, I got time out when all my other games have many days left re May 2009 Banded Hardcore Grand I 1400-1450
Description ZERO day timeout. 21 day timebank. Everyone should be to at the same time?

    Hi Celsius.
In these tournaments, your timebank only goes down while it is your turn to play. Pretty much like an OTB chess clock. Your opponent may have played quickly after you in that one.
All games are only guaranteed to have finished after both players have used all their timebank, so 2x21 days.
    I hope that is clear.
