Timeout question

after the two days are done I thought it automatically gave a timeout? My opponent hasn't made a move yet is that the reason why? This is a tournament game too. I thought I'd wait and give him a chance because I've beaten him three out of the four matches we've played.

Indeed is has happened and is said to be the regular procedure that the system is taking a timout in tournament games at midnight following two days of skull showing.

But it has also been heard that it didn't happen...
