Tournament Starts

How long does it take for a tournament to start up once it is "closed to new entrants". Is it automatic start after a set period of time or do Russ or Chris do it manually?

Hello again Freddie, there should be an automaton now. IF a tourney doesn't start send feedback chris and Russ can also start the tournament by hand.
