Tournaments for low-rated players

I would love to enter a tournament but don't think I'm good enough for open company and the February Banded

There are banded splits.

Yeah, the 0-1200 tournaments, you'd definitely find some playable opponents.

Been a little bit of a lull since one was started, but I'm sure another will be along soon.

Sometimes there are even 0-1100 tournaments, like this one from the beginning of february:
