the ratings of the people im playing in the sicilian dragon open thematic tournament are 2052,2119 + 2226.

dojo and hebert are just getting started at rhp and their ratings are likely to go up quite a way yet .. i think you are likely to find them a bit tricky.

i went to the tournament and then skimmed the tournament to find the group with all the "2"'s at the front of their ratings ...

oh and someone rated 100000000 points lower ... enjoy your ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE.

play slow, and carefully and your best ... and learn (as every tiny miniscule half error by you, is flayed open into a gaping disaster at near perfection, as though you faced god)

learn what they can show you .. and ... learn to learn from your mistakes.

i thought about that 😀, i might look around the other games just too look for any tips. i would be happy to have a game that lasted more that about 20 moves, so i'll take my time but i don't think i would learn much mt cheating :'(

I bet only non-subscribers would do it,by the way he'll be slaughtered without even knowing what went wrong......

I'd have preferred a slightly more challenging first round but I guess I'll get some better matchups in the next round (assuming there isn't a huge upset).

yep, but thats why i entered the tournament, i wanted to watch them play and hopefully learn a little bit.

i had hoped to get one person of a rating 1300-1500, to get a match were i would have had a sight chance, and to use some of the stuff i had learned from the other games.
