For me, it depends on why the poster was banned.

Depends why you were banned. But unlike me, FMF has said nobody should return after being banned. (Irrespective of the reason apparently).

Then your question to FMF wasn’t really one about his principles on that topic of his allegiance to me was it.

He could have just said “it depends on what he was banned for”.
