Paweł Jaracz is a Polish chess player who is known for becoming a Grandmaster in 2007. Born on October 11, 1980, he won the Polish Junior Chess Championships twice, once in 2000 and again in 2001. He represented Poland in the 2002 World Junior Chess Championship, ending up in the 12th position.
Jaracz is noted for his performance in the Aeroflot Open in Moscow in 2006 where he achieved 7 out of a possible 9 points, coming in second place. This tournament played a significant role in achieving his Grandmaster title.
