What is Queen Bishop?

The term Queen Bishop refers to the bishop that starts the game on a square of the same color as the queen. In standard configuration, this is the bishop on the queenside, or the c1 square for white and c8 square for black. The term is used to distinguish it from the King Bishop which starts on the same color square as the king.
