2010-02-15 Timeouts suspended for 24 hours.

As this mornings scheduled maintenance resulted in nearly a 4 hour outage we have suspended timeouts until 9:00 AM GMT on the 16th.

during this past week i have sent two feedbacks to "admin"...
neither was acknowledged...
i have to assume "admin" reads these...
and will take action as soon as humanly possible...

a quick acknowledgment of receipt of feedback would be appreciated...
as it stands now, i have no idea if you guys are alive or dead or just boffin each other in tha broom closet...

any reply???
