As you may have noticed the game explorer has been in a half broken state for longer than I care to admit. This has been caused by a number of issues, but the volume of searchable data is the core of the problem.
So, going forward, only active player's games will be added. So, you may find the games of a long-time inactive player, but only the games where they are playing against a recently active player.
So,
Active players will have all games added
Inactive players will have all, some, or none added.
As a result, the total number of games available is reduced, but the upside is the games that are available will be searchable again for current opponents.
The import of games is taking place now so expect a few days until this fully catches up. Then hopefully, we should be in a good position again.
