iPhone/iPad app users, please upgrade to 4.3.2

Important notice for iPad/iPhone app players - a maintenance release (4.3.2) has just gone live, so if you have recently upgraded the RHP iPhone app, please grab the latest version from the link below or search within the app store.

This fixes the "notifications off by default" issue which we can see has affected nearly all upgraders to 4.3.0.

Alternatively, please set the notification settings manually within the app preferences.
