This shouldn't need to be said, but there has been a recent occurrence of just this happening.
Even if someone has revealed personal information to you themselves directly or in non-public manner, such as a private forum, then that does not give you the right to post that again anywhere else, in the forums or elsewhere, without that individual's permission.
For "Doxing", searching for and publishing private or identifying information about a person, and then doing the same, then even more so.
Anyone doing so in future will be instantly banned regardless of their membership status.
