Like the site announcements forum, but using only 140 characters....
Unlikely to respond to tweets though, but if we have a significant outage at anytime in the future, I will use it to post frequent status updates. (I can think of one time in the past when this would have been useful.)

Maybe major tournament winner recognitions. Something I don't really see directly on the site now.
