Assuming that clan members are mostly playing matches against players of similar strength, what is a good score percentage or batting average for clan games?
If in 10 clan games you have 5 W 2 D 3 L that is two points scored for your clan toward winning matches (5-3). Is 2.0 points in 10 games a good batting average? Is winning percentage or score ever discussed between clan leaders and clan members?
What might a standard be for an average player: 0.0 or 1.0? A good player bats 2.0? An excellent player 2.5 or 3.0?

This doesn't answer your question precisely, but in the Yorkshire Laikers clan our leader publishes a league table every month with points awarded according to a formula worked out to even the balance between players who play a lot of games against those who only play a few.
It's calculated over the full year.
I've never been close to winning our league!!
