Also bad things happened in homes where children were suppose to be taken care of and were put there by People who were suppose to look after the childs best interests. Those were certainly bad time. All they did back then was move the Priest to another Parish where the same thing would happen over and over again.

Yup, that is what happened back in the day. I know of similiar situations which happened. Having the Priest neutered would make that much easier for him as he would have no urges for sex. I know it does sound cruel but it is to prove their love and devotion to God, probably a good conversations for the "Spirituality Forum".
