Do you seriously think he learned his lesson? What makes you think he even wants to come back after the fool he made of himself on this site? I had private conversations telling him he was going down the wrong road and it would catch up with him eventually which it did. Do you know what he may have said to Russ? It must have been something pretty bad for Russ to ban him as Russ has a pretty thick skin.
My vote would be NO, not at this time.
