He has issued both a punitive and corrective (data) response.
Firstly, McTayto is no longer a subscriber, hence can no longer participate in the clan feature.
Not a site ban, but appears to be a subscription ban.
I guess he is being allowed to pursue his goal of the million move milestone, but as a non-subscriber.

Pay attention closer as I said and you would known was happening and would saw that Lemondrops clan had been dismantled and Mctayto was gone from the clan.

I am trying to put myself in Russ shoes here as he did spend a lot of time thinking about the right thing to do. This is my opinion only and not that of Metallica, our Clan leader speaks for the Clan. I believe this was strictly the way Russ saw it.
I am assuming Lemondrop was playing with his own rating also, but don't know if I could prove it. My own rating has jumped around from heavy game loads and playing on 3 different sites. I've cut back and my rating is almost back to where it should be.
