Strategic Ultimatum was shut down for something that doesn't appear in the TOS.

Probably, when the TOS etc for the site were set up, Russ assumed that people would have at least a modicum of common sense. Not to mention honour.

He probably didn't expect grown-ups to be quite so steeped in jealousy and resentment either.
