The Simpsons are suspended because they have no clan leader.
The previous leader could not find anyone who would take the clan over, so she asked to be relived of the clan, so the clan was suspended.

The truth is starting to have an affect on you, that is a good thing. Everyone knows you are not twice as good as the two top clans have shown for many years. Stop all the pretence, we all know who the clans were you teamed up with to get your points.
