Yes, that is true. Trump, though you all say that he 'cares not', is proposing giving $1000 to each newborn child.
A great gesture of course, but the man is not trying to look like a nice guy...No, he is planning the future of America. He knows that he is creating a wealthy country for our children's futures.
Kind of gives one the creeps when you see who (HunterandJoe) got money that could have been given to newborns.

The UK Chancellor Gordon Brown did this back in the 2000s - with £500 for each new born. Overall, a good idea, though as with all of these things, there are flaws in the system. Unclaimed sums, difficulties for some to claim particularly those deemed to not have intellectual capacity.
I don't think the UK was alone in this idea either.
