@fornichessate removed their quoted postI think Obama's number was higher. He was the deporter in chief, remember? Why's trump doing such a bad job deporting people? All those other presidents did it without warrantless home invasions and child kidnappings too.
Do these crappy numbers make you question the tactics of trump?
@fornichessate saidNo riots or protests for the previous 3 on this list, why?
12 million deportations is the amount of people deported while Bill Clinton was in office.
10 million deportations while Bush was in office.
5 million deportations while Obama was in office.
One and a half million have been deported under Trump.
No riots or protests for the previous 3 on this list, why?
Because the new thing is to support or protest whateve ...[text shortened]... onths?
Get a life people. Good lord.
"I support the latest thing!"

I'll tell you why: Because previous Presidents worked in cooperation with established state and local law enforcement departments and followed the law when implementing deportations. They did not bypass local law enforcement and send untrained, heavily armed goons to bully and kill people whenever the mood struck them. This is why previous Presidents accomplished so much more, with far less friction from the local populace. It's amazing how smoothly things work when this is done the way it's designed to.

@fornichessate removed their quoted postSo there can be a real lot of deportations witjhout harrasment and under the provision of due process? Good news!
So why is the show of force and the incareceration and killing of US citizens in the course of "upholding the law and preventing chaos" necessary?
@fornichessate removed their quoted postThis is slander. Any policeperson in "blue" states should sue you for this.
@wildgrass saidBecause Trump only hires inept bozos so he doesn't look so bad.

It's always all about him.
@fornichessate removed their quoted postThere is an important and critical difference to notice in comparing these past US presidents. There is only one serious problem solver, and that is Trump. This strength is also his weakness and his failure at diplomacy. The rest of them were people-pleasers, followers of protocol, diplomats skilled in the art of talking but doing nothing of substance.
Using this immigration problem as an example, a good problem-solving president would deport the illegals and do something to end the unchecked inflow of immigrants so that the next president will not have the problem. This is why Trump is hated by some but admired by others.
Any president that succeeds Trump, will not have an immigration problem.
@fornichessate removed their quoted postIt has nothing to do with previous administrations.
You just asked how previous administrations managed to deport so many more people, with so little objections from the population, and now you're saying "It has nothing to do with previous administrations"
You just contradicted yourself. Is this what they teach you to do in MAGA school?? 😏
@fornichessate removed their quoted postThere were protests about deportations under Obama.
The current protests are about government thugs breaking laws, not immigration. Nobody wants to be surrounded by murderous masked thugs contracted by government to intimidate citizens and immune from legal accountability. Even laura Ingraham on FoxNews is saying we don't really need ICE. A waste of space and money.
