9/11 happened in September. A month later, the Afghan capitol fell to American forces.

Can't argue against you. I have always been a big critic of America's search for Osama bin Laden in Afghanistan,
the war was as bogus as wars get. All of America's wars since WWII have been unwarranted, IMO.

Bin Laden was always in Afghanistan, except when he was in Pakistan.

Saddam Hussein had exactly zero to do with Bin Laden OR 9-11.

W went after Hussein (and fabricated WMDs) because he made fun of Bush Sr.

Once Obama took office, he finally decided to find Bin Laden where he was, and that was not under Saddam's bed.

Iraq was bogus. Afghanistan not so much.
