Hey Nick🙂 I see you list yourself as Irish, do you by any chance play Irish music? Like sessions or some such? My one trip to Ireland was in Leakslip just outside of Dublin and had my mandolin with and found a band called the Dingleberries I played with them for an hour or more, surprised I knew a lot of the tunes.
I played in an Irish band in Venice Beach California band called Southwind, which is a good tune BTW. Lots of nice gigs.
Wife and I just moved from an old Victorian house and into a much smaller mobile home, Euphemism for trailer, but a big one🙂 So found a couple of 30 or more year old cassettes and a CD of early stuff me and my wife recorded, some live shows. I have a soundcloud account and now up to 450 tracks, the latest 20 from our old recordings I resurrected. If you are interested I can PM my name on Soundcloud, lots of nice tunes there, my own and traditional Irish and old timey American.

All you want in a POTUS is to be a thug, you think that represents a strong man when in fact it is the opposite. a thug reacts to everything on a personal level and that is EXACTLY what Trump does.

He does not think ANYTHING through, think about consequences, he goes with his gut which is 100% wrong 90% of the time so when he thinks tariffs, he doesn't even BEGIN to listen to Nobel prize winning economists, which BTW, have written Trump a letter, OVER ONE HUNDRED economists, obviously not all Nobel prize winners but they to the last person are telling him it is a VERY bad idea but NO, In Trumps mind, he is SO fuuking intelligent, he doesn't NEED advice from ANYONE.

Anyone in that situation should NEVER be POTUS because 90% of ALL the problems WILL be above his ability to handle and NEEDS advisors who specialize in different fields, nobody is smart enough to know ALL a POTUS needs advice on so it takes a team who will not have to lie to him, tell it like it is and hopefully the president will listen and heed their advice. Not so EVER with Trump.

If he were real short, he might wear elevator shoes. So OPTICS is what you look for? Not for instance, COMPETENCE for the job? I rate someone high in competence if he or she can listen to advice but Trump does not even do that. People who have been in the same room watching him when an adviser was speaking, every single one seeing him says he glazes over after about 2 minutes and changes the subjects or dismisses the advisor and then just gets to his favorite food, double macs.
It is not just one person saying those things, a lot of them repeated that similar tale and those folks did not know anyone else was interviewed after that subject of presidential mindfulness.
