Moral of the story, don't piss off your kid in Arizona.
Do you think it's right to arrest an 8 yo and charge him with murder? His brain is not even half formed, could he have known in advance the consequences of firing a pistol at his dad?

Originally posted by sonhouseI didn't know that was possible, around here children of that age are immune for criminal persecution.

Originally posted by EladarMaybe it wasn't loaded and he loaded it. There were reports of domestic violence at the house where the cops were called to the house several times but the kid did not even have a school infraction against him much less something against the law before this.
Moral to the story is that you don't store loaded weapons where an 8 year old can get to it.
