Keep in mind these are the best,most intelligent and refined people that these nations have to offer. We can’t expect much from the rest of them, now, can we?

How about vastly more educated, generally more intelligent, certainly more worldly and socially polished than the majority of people scratching dirt and starving in the rest of the third world country they come from.
