It can be. I don't think lying about WMDs was moral, if it was a lie. It may have simply been a mistake, or a conclusion based on flawed evidence.

I would appreciate it very much if you would keep on task in this thread. You have mentioned "flawed evidence" and "mistakes." These words simply have minimal power to convey how absolutely idiotic and dispicable Americans are. They completely lack any morality, not mention that they are just simply "ugly Americans."
What? I answered the question and gave a reason why the statement may not have been a lie. What is more "on task" than that? What the hell do you mean Americans lack morality? You always seemed so rational before. What happened?
Here is a more clear restatement of my position:
Lying can be moral.
If Bush lied about WMDs, it was probably immoral.
Bush may not have been lying about WMDs.
