I often ask the question of vegetarians...
Meat was a very precious commodity only a few generations ago, we could hardly have it at all. In a few more generations, competition for clean water sources may make meat a precious commodity once more, don't you think you're missing out?
I have canines, and ...[text shortened]... a vegetarian eat that? (assuming they're a vegetarian by principle rather than by taste.)

In answer to your question:
I'm a veggie on principle, not due to disliking the taste of meat, so I would have to see how enviromentally friendly this product was first...... but all things being equal - YES I would try it.
