They have spent the last week or so complaining that they set the precedent for lower courts to follow. Not when they ignored fifty years of precedent when they came out with the Dobbs decision.

The polls are ALL putting Trump underground some by near 90% DISAPRROVAL rating. most around 60% disapproval which means he is losing some of his most ardent supporters MAGATS to the core but not releasing the Epstein files is losing him some of his base and it won't take much for him to lose it ALL come next election cycle.
