@AverageJoe1 Greta Thunberg is a child. I am guessing she is back in school. When you unload those pharmaceutical stocks, invest in companies that are at the forefront of AI and technologies that will help slow down climate change. If we do not deal with CO2 issues soon, economies and countries will begin to collapse from famine and the loss of coastal land to the rising seas.
I detest Trump and believe he and the GOP are destroying our democracy. However, he will be difficult to beat. First, the GOP has been working hard to disenfranchise groups they fear will vote Democrat. The bull continues to run on Wall Street. It is a huge mistake for liberals to think this only effects the very rich. Many have 401K's, pension plans invested in the market along with private portfolios. Unemployment is very low and wages are rising. If we get another four years of Trump, we can kiss our democracy and the Constitution goodby. In the long run, the refusal of those in political power to realize the existential threat of climate change will cause a huge economic crash along with all sorts of nasty diseases that will be unleashed as the Arctic permafrost disappears. Please try to take a more comprehensive view of the future.
