Oh the horror, that I should like to set my own priorites, who to help and who to deal with, and that those priorities don't include those that intentionally seek to escape reality, either through religion or drugs.

In civilised countries, where healthcare is free, it becomes my business if I'm picking up the tab for their anarchic disregard of the health consequences of their hedonism. And yes, I've thought about it and still prefer to have free universal healthcare.
