I am simply asking if he made a mention of the border, and with reference to what? EG, if he said he would stop the flow of fentanyl, how did he say he would do it......or did he just say 'we need to stop it'..? Is he going to stop his old-man floundering and confusion? And tell us, what we can all hope for with China relations, I assume that that was in the 7 sentences?
